McKinsey & Company‘s Operations Practice invites female students from across Europe to experience the real work of a consultant: for 8 to 12 weeks, you will be a full-fledged member of a consultant team on-site at the client. You will work on core activities of the client project, prepare analyses, and participate in client meetings, thus contributing to the effort to help our clients improve their performance.

Requirements:

  • McKinsey are seeking applications from talented women from across Europe who are currently working towards a master’s degree, MBA, or PhD, with an engineering or business background and interest in operations topics.

  • McKinsey want to offer you a special kind of internship: one in which you will be guided the entire time by an experienced female McKinsey partner or junior partner as your personal mentor.
  • Your mentor will be available either in person or per telephone to discuss career and academic topics with you – as well as answer any questions you may have about McKinsey and the way we work.
