- We accept work from any discipline, on any theme.
- You can enter 2 works of art, per entry. This excludes video submissions.
- One series counts as 1 work of art. You can enter 2 series per submission.
- You can purchase as many entries as you wish.
- Collaborative works are accepted.
- Works previously exhibited and published elsewhere are accepted.
- Works produced within the last 3 years are preferred.
- There are no size restrictions.
- Changes to entries can only be made by emailing us artprize@aestheticamagazine.com, and at judges discretion.

Results announced in January 2021
- All entrants will be contacted with their results
- 100 artists are selected for publication in the Art Prize Anthology
- Select artists will be invited to exhibit their work at the Art Prize Exhibition
- Invites are sent to all longlisted and shortlisted artists for the Private View at York Art Gallery in the Spring 2022
Artists to provide further information
- Artists will be required to send high-resolution images for publication
- Artists will be sent a proof of the anthology to approve before publication
- If shortlisted for the exhibition, artists will be asked to supply artwork for the exhibition in York, UK
Delivery of artwork for early Spring 2022
- Exhibiting artists will be responsible for all transportation (delivery and collection) costs of artworks
- Further arrangements will need to be made for Spring 2022 between artists and the Aesthetica team
