Cancellation & Refund Policy
Users are free to cancel their subscription anytime by contacting us by Email or by cancelling it from their account, the premium membership will be terminated post cancellation, however the user can access to the free content available to everyone and will have restricted access to premium posts.
Kindly note that Givemechallenge doesn’t offer any refund on its subscription because of the following reasons.
- we charge only a very small fee for our subscription, the manual effort and transaction charges involved doesn’t allow us for the same.
- To avoid misuse by customers who take membership to see particular information and after viewing the information they cancel the subscription.
However please note in case there is any mistakes/irregularities in billing or subscription plan caused due to technical issues in that case, the payment to our account can be reversed/refunded fully.
