Rina is a 28-year-old Asian woman, unmarried and working in a city.
She is relatively satisfied with her current life. She did well in school, went to a good college, got a degree just as her parents wanted and has a coveted job. So she has ticked off society’s “checklist” of success so far.
She is now working for a Fortune 500 company with an enviable salary, and is content with her work. She also has a boyfriend, who gives her stability and security.
Yet, she feels very incomplete and vulnerable within.
Society would view Rina and women like her as ‘successful’ on both work and personal fronts. She should be happy. But the truth is that she is not, she sometimes feels something is missing. She realizes that she is in a quarter-life crisis, where she is caught between society’s definition of success and what she really wants in life. This is an extremely vulnerable moment for her.
With the right inspiration however, she would be open to doing something about it.
Show us a story in a video that will transform young Asian women’s most vulnerable moment (aka Quarter-Life Crisis) into an opportunity to CHANGE their destiny?
SK-II believes that things in life are not predetermined and that nothing is a foregone conclusion, in skin and in life. What we’re looking for are ‘real’ stories that resonate with young Asian women who are caught between society’s definition of success and what they want to do with their lives.
