The competition is organized by the City Council of Cáceres in Spain. “ The works submitted to this call for entries must be produced using any procedures for generating multiple printed images: engraving, screen printing, additive techniques, electrographic, digital, etc. All graphic art techniques, alone or in combination, will be accepted. The theme and trend are left to the judgement of the participants. Each artist may submit a maximum of two unpublished and original works.
