The challenge focuses on five domains: streamlined documentation and KYC workflows; paperless access to credit, savings and micro-finance; vernacular financial literacy and skilling platforms; and insurance and pension products tailored to the risk and income patterns of delivery partners.

Detailed Eligibility Criteria The startup should have a proof of concept, working prototype, or pilot-stage solution addressing one or more of the following domains: (1) Government scheme eligibility screening and enrollment enablement (2) Digital documentation and KYC workflow simplification (3) Paperless access to credit, savings, and micro-financial products (4) Vernacular digital skilling and financial literacy tools (5) Insurance or pension solutions tailored to delivery workers’ risk profiles and income patterns The proposed innovation must be original, feasible, and scalable within the Indian context, with clear potential for real-world implementation and adoption by delivery workers.
