While India is a global manufacturing hub, the “Digital Divide” prevents MSMEs from accessing the $26 Trillion global B2B e-commerce market. Alibaba.com is looking for “Digital Growth Partners” who can identify, educate, and onboard manufacturers, wholesalers, and traders onto our global platform and help them grow with their export journey while unlocking lucrative commission models.
DPIIT Recognised Startups with 2+ years of experience in e-commerce/export services or are in business of Export-Tech, B2B E-commerce, Cross-border Fintech, Logistics SaaS, and Digital Marketing Automation.
Procedure Post Submission
Phase 1: Initial Shortlisting
All applications will be reviewed based on eligibility and the problem statement fit. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted via email to schedule an introductory discovery call.
Phase 2: Business Deck Submission
Shortlisted startups will be provided with a standardized pitch deck template. Applicants will have one week to submit a detailed business deck outlining their operational strategy, growth roadmap, and financial breakdown/commission projections.
Phase 3: Final Evaluation
Alibaba.com’s internal leadership team will review the submissions. Finalists may be invited for a virtual or in-person presentation to discuss the partnership in depth.
Phase 4: Announcement of Winners
Following the final review, the selected Alibaba.com Global Export Enablement Partners will be officially announced on the Startup India portal.

1. Authorised Channel Partner Status: A fast-track, priority pathway to becoming a Certified Alibaba.com channel Partner. This grants the startup a globally recognized credential to operate as an official digital export enabler.
2. Commercial Framework & Revenue Share: Exclusive access to Alibaba.com’s lucrative Channel Partner commercial model. Startups will be integrated into the commission and service fee structures, enabling a sustainable and scalable revenue stream.
3. Global Mentorship & HQ Access: Quarterly strategic business reviews and mentorship sessions with Alibaba.com’s Senior Leadership Team. This includes direct insights from global headquarters on cross-border trade trends.
4. Marketing & Brand Association: Access to co-branded marketing collateral and the right to use the “Alibaba.com Channel Partner” insignia, significantly boosting the startup’s credibility in the Indian MSME market.
