We are excited to announce the 8th International Idea Award for Universal Design (Design for All)—a prestigious event inviting creative minds to innovate for inclusivity. This competition is a fantastic opportunity for individuals and teams of up to three to showcase their talents in designing accessible environments and products.
The theme ‘Universal Design for All’ emphasizes creating environments and products that are accessible and beneficial for everyone, regardless of their individual differences. Participants are encouraged to integrate the seven principles of universal design, which include equitable use, flexibility, intuitive operation, clear information, tolerance for errors, low physical effort, and adequate space for access. Special recognition will be given to projects incorporating sports environments or products with universal design elements.
