YPF, the Seeker for this Innocentive Scouting Challenge, is scouting for companies and organizations with solutions and implementation capabilities for standardizing the delivery and receiving process for low-criticality purchases intended for employee consumption across its locations in Argentina.
The opportunity is to establish valid receiving points, assign clear receiving responsibilities, and provide traceability from delivery planning through receipt and handover to the final recipient. The approach must also support the capture, validation, and management of material logistics data, including weight, dimensions, volume, and packaging attributes, suitable within the existing procurement and logistics software ecosystem of YPF.
Successful proposals will describe a practical, scalable operating model that reduces failed delivery attempts, repeated transportation costs, manual coordination, and uncertainty about the status of purchased materials.
YPF is open to different technologies and service models proposed by mature partners, provided they simplify operations and can be adopted consistently across different locations.
Collaboration Opportunity
This is a Scouting Challenge seeking a partner or supplier to provide systems and expertise to solve YPF’s business challenge; the Solver is invited to submit a written proposal to be evaluated by YPF with the goal of establishing a collaborative partnership, including running a pilot demonstration potentially followed by full implementation. YPF evaluation will consider integration feasibility, reduction in delivery issues, time/labor gains across YPF, and a clear path to increased traceability and visibility of received goods.
