Prisma Art Prize is an art contest born to promote emerging painters and visual artists. As our name and logo suggests, we want to be a prism that refracts all the possible outcomes of the painting process.
What we want is to answer a fundamental question in the current artistic context: what does painting mean today? At the base of our project, there is the constant and inclusive research and enhancement of artists from different cultural and educational backgrounds.
Prisma Art Prize is open to everyone, regardless of age, nationality, or gender.
Each of the four seasonal Call for Artists gives the chance to win the first prize in cash worth € 500, interviews from partner magazines, and other prizes offered by sponsors ArtRights, Viviva Colors, Artuu and Biafarin. Every year there is the opportunity to be selected for the group exhibition in Rome and to be published in the catalog.
All the works selected for each Call will remain on display in our online gallery (website and social profiles), a space that we take care of for the participants and the public of art lovers.
Awards:-
Each year the organizers offers 2,000 Euro in cash prizes, more than 3,000 Euro of services from their partners Biafarin, ArtRights and Vivivacolors, interviews and publications and an online gallery where the works will be exhibited forever. There is also the possibility of being included in the catalog of the prize, distributed in digital and paper form, and to exhibit in the collective exhibition of the Prisma Art Prize to be held in the prestigious Contemporary Cluster gallery in Palazzo Brancaccio, Rome, one of the most innovative institutions in Rome and it the international scene.
