The competition is organized by the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity, Canada.
“ The competition format is the photo essay. At its simplest, the definition of a photo-essay is a set or series of photographs that are intended to tell a story or evoke emotions in the viewer. We invite photographers to submit curated photo essays to illustrate their mountain related stories that fall under the sub-categories of culture, adventure, wildlife, sport, environment, or natural history.
Each photographic essay of up to five images constitutes one entry. Images must have been taken within the last two years (2022 – 2023)
Awards:-
The Grand Prize winner will receive $2,000 CAD.
