Winning individuals/teams receive a medal, virtual certificate, and recognition on the Bridge Innovate website and social media. All teacher leaders receive a digital badge.
The Bright Spark Invention Challenge is a free virtual entrepreneurial innovation competition for 4th-12th grade students hosted by Bridge Innovate. Students use the design thinking process to identify a real-world problem, empathize, ideate, and prototype an invention. The final submission from students is a 90-second pitch video viewed by the public and a prestigious panel of judges who will select the finalists and award winners. These award winners are recognized at the virtual award event attended by all participating individuals and teams. It will be live-streamed to the public.
