Manufacturing – Digitisation of Processing data
The current process involves manual data entry in the books and these books are stored in the physical form. CavinKare is seeking a digital solution (dashboard) for entry, storing, retrieving the production, quality, and waste data. The digital solution should be integrated with SAP. This solution should improve the data retrieval and authenticity.

CavinKare is looking for digital solution (Dashboard) to assess the production data with rated parameters in real time. The current process involves manual entry of data on excel and comparing the parameters. The solution should be cloud based technology and to be integrated with SAP. This is to assess the real time production parameters and compare with standard or rated parameters in order to achieve increase in productivity, efficiency and quality of product
Manufacturing – Products Handling
The finished products from the production floor are manually transported to respective places using forklifts for vertical movements, manual hydraulic trolleys, and has a lot of human intervention, which is also a time taking process. CavinKare is looking for solutions which includes conveyor belts, robots and any other technology to move goods from one place to another without any spillage and should be capable to handle at least 300 Kgs.
Waste Management
Water used in production is often discarded as waste. After conventional ETP, water is used for gardening, Solid waste from ETP is used as composting/ Manure for Gardening, Process waste is used to redo the process, Packaging Material with material trace is hazardous waste and goes for incineration in cement clinkers. The process waste would have acids and salts which is hard to dispose. CavinKare is looking for solutions to put the water to a better use other than discarding it. Waste handling effort reduction is a way for sustainable manufacturing
Sustainable packaging – Alternate to single use pack
To make a way against the effects of climate change, CavinKare is looking to eliminate plastic from their packaging. They are looking for sustainable cost effective multi use sachet that is recyclable and compostable.
Sustainable packaging alternatives for Rigid containers
For ever growing product range of CavinKare – containers are an integral part of the group. To include sustainable packaging alternatives – CavinKare is looking for solutions which are from these categories – 1) Packaging material with plant-based plastics i.e., plastics made from plant derivatives. 2) Paper based bottles (Preferred solution). 3) Compostable rigid contains (Should be home compostable)

CavinKare is looking for a sustainable alternative packaging for their hair colour products. Sachets are one of the major selling packaging formats but having a sustainable alternative is a challenge. Welcoming applications from startups with innovative and sustainable solutions.
Dynamic BoM
Commodity Raw Material is natural and is posed to have variations in availability need to add alternate materials for Manufacturing. The current solution involves manual process of changing and booking the variations. CavinKare is looking for solution which has a digital dynamic BoM options to enter / modify the data of Raw Material and have a digital trace in real time
