To amplify the launch of the film Resident Evil: Welcome To Raccoon City, Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc. (SPE) is creating an art activation leading up to the film’s release and they want to collab with YOU!!
Artists, graphic designers and illustrators from around the world are invited to create one-of-a-kind digitally illustrated static artwork inspired by the trailer for Resident Evil: Welcome To Raccoon City.
We’d like you to bring Raccoon City and its characters to life by creating legendary poster artworks that showcase the original franchise and the origin of Evil. We want you to introduce new fans and life-long fans alike to the world of Resident Evil.
Imagine you are a resident in Raccoon City and this is your opportunity to show the world what Resident Evil is all about – just keep it scary and keep it FUN! The artwork should portray the movie first and foremost as a horror film.
A total of Five [5] works will be selected by Sony Pictures. Selected Creators will receive $2,000 in exchange for their works, which will potentially be featured on social media, physical posters, or used as digital art to promote the film.
