You’ve purchased your first home. Now what? One of the most exciting and nerve-wracking decisions someone can make is buying a first house. Not only is a house most likely the biggest asset you’re ever going to purchase, but most first time homeowners also feel lost when it comes to understanding the ins and outs of home maintenance, upgrades, and other important topics.
We are keen to explore what things would help first time home buyers to become better equipped to handle all the challenges of home ownership. We are open to a broad range of potential ideas, from the ideal connected home setup, to who to call when your roof is leaking. Please use your creativity in thinking about what would be most helpful for a new home owner to be happy in their new home.
