How Can Companies Promote Diversity & Inclusion?

As an organization, we want to support and promote community inclusivity. In order to do this, it’s important for us to understand the views and opinions of people of all backgrounds and identities. As part of this challenge, please take a few minutes to share your thoughts on diversity and inclusion as it relates to company practices.
