The concept of “going on a diet” to achieve weight loss goals and improve health & wellness has existed for a long time. However, as knowledge and science has become more advanced, our understanding of diets and their effectiveness has also increased. Moreover, new technologies like apps, medications, and other diet-focused products have changed the landscape of dieting among the consumer population.
We are interested in learning about consumer priorities when it comes to eating habits or approaches in today’s world. We know there is a tremendous amount of diet-related information out there, and we want to understand what messaging is resonating with you as consumers in your own quest to improve your health & wellbeing.
