Europe is famous for its vast array of countries that each has its own traditions, specialties, and flavors when it comes to cuisine. While the most famous country-specific foods are not going anywhere, it is true that overall cuisine trends shift over time. This is especially relevant in a place like Europe which has become a more multiethnic continent over the last decade.
As these new cuisine trends take hold, we want your help forecasting what those trends might be, and how they could translate into new food products in the future.
