Wireless carrier product offerings have evolved significantly over the years to let consumers personalize their selections based on individual needs and preferences. From offerings such as electronic devices, gaming hardware, accessories, entertainment services, streaming, insurance/protection, etc., the market has become increasingly complex and, in turn, can be challenging to effectively communicate to customers.
This evolution has empowered consumers with more choices, but also requires a new level of research and understanding which can be daunting for many. These complexities can create barriers between wireless carriers and younger consumers.
We want to know what you think about how wireless product offerings are communicated to consumers, what appeals or doesn’t appeal to Gen Z, and how we can do things differently!

-
- How do you learn about products offered by mobile carriers? (Think about how accessible the information is and what channels you receive information from.)
- What are the main points of comparison you use to decide where to purchase your products? Include reasoning as to why you may not choose to purchase from your mobile carrier.
