The co-organizer of the EnergaCAMERIMAGE film festival and the Association of Applied Graphic Designers announce an international competition for visual identification of a newly established cultural institution in Toruń (Poland).
The Camerimage European Film Centre will not only be the venue for the EnergaCAMERIMAGE film festival, but it will also become one of the key cultural institutions in Poland. Visual identification is required at this early stage for both the institution, that started its operation last year, and for its new building, which will be completed by 2025. The visual identification will form part of the communication of both the ECFC activities and the construction investment process.
The competition is of international character, divided into two stages, open and aimed at professionals. The international jury will include Jonathan Barnbrook, Erik Kessels, Marcin Władyka PhD and Marek Żydowicz.
Awards:-
In the first stage of the competition, participants submit a portfolio and on this basis the Jury will select up to five graphic studios / designers who will be invited to prepare competition designs for a fee. The refuse fee is 1,000 Euro gross. In the second stage, selected studios / designers will be asked to design a logo and additional materials. The identification for the Camerimage European Film Centre will be selected on this basis. The value of the commission (the prize) is 12,000 Euro gross.
