National Initiative for Developing and Harnessing Innovations (NIDHI) is an umbrella program conceived and developed by the National Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board (NSTEDB), Department of Science & Technology, Government of India, for nurturing ideas and innovations (knowledge-based and technology- driven) into successful startups.
The NIDHI Accelerator Program is positioned as a post incubation initiative to fast track the growth of potential startups through rigorous mentoring and networking support in a short span of time through existing TBIs. NIDHI Accelerator Program is designed to help startups who have achieved substantial progress in terms of market validation and deemed ready to scale up.
NDBI is one of the incubators selected for the Implementation of NIDHI Accelerator Program.
Detailed Eligibility Criteria
● Applying Startup should be a DPIIT registered Startup
Startup should not have been a part of NIDHI Accelerator Program by any other incubator in any year in the past.
● Startup may be working in any sector but must apply under one of the following focus areas of NDBI’s NIDHI Accelerator Program:
– Women Led Entrepreneurship
– Socially Challenged Groups
– Physically Challenged Groups
● Startup should have made significant progress in terms of market validation and currently is at the growth and scale-up stage.

Assured funding of INR 5,00,000/- to top 5 Startups
Non-Fiscal Incentives
– 50 Hours of One-to-One Mentoring for each Startup
– A range of expert sessions, both Online & Offline
– Support in Fundraising: Demo Day & Investor Connects
– Post Program support for 12 months
– Networking Opportunities
