Learning other languages is something that people have been doing for thousands of years. Sometimes, the reason is because of a new job, moving to new country, or a relationship with someone with a different native tongue. Regardless of the reasons, this process of learning new languages is a shared human experience that people all over the world understand. Because of this, there are countless solutions out there to help people in their desire to become proficient in a new language.
What is often overlooked is that learning a new language should be accompanied by learning the customs and practices of the culture or country where a specific language is spoken. Those who are able to successfully learn the culture in addition to the language will have more success meeting people, establishing relationships, and enjoying an experience in a foreign country where a different language is spoken. However, while many tools, apps, textbooks, courses etc. exist to aid in the learning of languages, the same cannot be said for learning a specific culture.
