The World Economic Forum’s Technology Pioneers community is composed of early-stage start-ups from around the world who are developing and deploying new technologies and innovations.
CEO engagement is expected as part of the Technology Pioneers Community, therefore we highly encourage this application to be filled out by CEO’s themselves so we can best understand their motivations. Please submit applications by midnight Pacific Time, January 31, 2025.
Selection criteria
- Innovation: Start-up is bringing a truly innovative technology or business model to market with the potential to make substantial long-term positive impact on society or the planet
- Funding: Received Seed or Series A funding
- Age: Company is less than 10 years old
- Status: Independent and privately held
The World Economic Forum will ensure the confidentiality of all information candidates provide and will use it to evaluate the potential of companies to become Technology Pioneers. Please note that incomplete sessions will be saved for one week after your last activity; after this time, you will have to start the process from the beginning.
Awards:- Each year the Forum selects 100 companies to work with society’s foremost political, business and cultural leaders over the course of 2 years to address issues facing people and planet.
