The competition is hosted by the Ino-cho Paper Museum, a museum of Japanese traditional paper based in Ino, Kōchi Prefecture, Japan.
“ Since the exhibition is hosted in Kochi, a world-class producer of Japanese traditional paper, artwork submissions are limited to those that use paper as the primary material. Every three years, the Exhibition unfolds new worlds of woodblock art with its warmth and richness of expression.
All entries must be original prints on paper. The maximum paper size is 100 x 100 cm (40 x 40 inches).
