Historically, these concierge benefits have included things like vacation packages, air travel booking, restaurant bookings, and other exciting experiences to enrich and enhance the life of the cardholder. However, changes in consumer behaviors and preferences provide a great opportunity to take a closer look at how a concierge benefit offering might evolve for the modern cardholder.
