The EAC Scholarship Programme Phase II aims to enhance education, innovation, and integration across East Africa. Funded by the German Government through KfW and implemented by IUCEA in collaboration with the EAC, the programme seeks to:

Eligible applicants include universities and accredited higher education institutions from EAC Partner States like Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan, Democratic Republic of Congo, and Somalia. Institutions must demonstrate robust academic and research capabilities and support international students effectively.
