The current pandemic has impacted healthcare professionals (HCPs) practices and availability, and in response, GSK is aiming to increase digital engagement with them. In addition, HCPs have become more time-constrained in their daily routine and are also adopting more digital solutions to engage with their patients and medical representatives. Therefore, we at GSK are looking for innovative digital solutions to engage with healthcare professionals in this constantly evolving environment.
GSK is on a continuous journey of developing relevant content and tactics for our external experts and HCPs. This is part of our effort to provide medical education for and share scientific knowledge with our key stakeholders on topics that include disease awareness, immunization, vaccine development and practices.
Currently, GSK mainly relies on traditional face-to-face medical visits and basic digital channels (e.g. website & email) to reach HCPs and external experts. As our environment and medical practices evolve, GSK is looking to adapt and find new ways to reach out digitally, while still maintaining the quality of the content we share and delivering a consistent message regardless of the method/channel.
GSK is interested in exploring alternative digital channels or technologies to effectively connect with HCPs on topics of interest.
