This programme is for you if you have an idea or technology that has significant potential for being incorporated into an independent start-up venture, then this pre-incubation program can help reduce certain vagueness, provide better technology, and aggregate certain key missing components prior to new venture creation. Once a marketplace technology/product idea is evolved, a company can be formed and SP-TBI can look at the incubation stage.

3) Registration of the company is not required to apply initially.
